I cannot refund the shipping and handling, but I will refund your purchase as soon as I receive your item. This is limited to 2 weeks, an 14 entire days. If your item is personalized, sorry, I am unable to refund for that product.
I will ship outside of the United States if you notify me in advance and understand that the purchase item will be sent via a reliable resource and packaged very well for its journey. Therefore, purchases outside the US area may be considerably more than the standard shipping price.
